How do you ship poles?

We prefer shipping via an air freight service, such as Southwest, American, or Alaska Airlines. All poles are shipping wrapped (to prevent rubbing) and in a cardboard tube (either single or up to six poles per tube). All containers are marked fragile.

What if pole(s) are damaged during shipping?

We ship all our poles insured at their value. If a pole arrives at your damaged, please inform the shipping company before accepting the poles. Please give us a call next, and we’ll do what we can to rectify the situation.

What if I ordered a pole too stiff or too soft?

We take orders via phone for this very reason. In consultations with the coach or athlete, we hope to sell and ship a range of poles that best fit the athlete. Still, athletes have a way of progressing. Therefore, when ordering poles, try to provide a niche in your pole lineup instead of putting all your eggs in one basket, per se.

What if the pole I ordered breaks?

Please save the pole and arrange to ship it back to us, free of charge. On inspection, we will replace the pole, free of charge, up to 90 days after purchase. We would include that information in the report if the pole received damage due to spikes, standards, or hitting an object causing damage.

Are there discounts for clubs?

Yes, if a club, school, or individual purchases multiple poles at once, we will offer a discount.

How fast can I expect my order to arrive?

We have nearly every pole imaginable in stock so that we can ship right away. In the case of an odd size pole, please allow 5-7 days to manufacture the pole first. Depending on your location, most airline shipping companies can deliver a pole 3-5 days within shipping. For international shipments, please allow 2-3 weeks.

Am I able to ship poles back if I am not satisfied?

We will refund your money as long as the poles are unused. If you have removed them from the tube, taped them, jumped on them, all sales are final. However, we will assist you in reselling the pole to potential customers in your area.

Can I receive a discount if I refer others?

We like to see our business grow, so yes. If you refer us to others and tell us about it when ordering their poles, we’ll note who is giving our initial referrals and note a discount on your next order.
